Street Paws

Street paws is a charity that promotes animal welfare and relieves the suffering of animals by providing free of charge veterinary care and emergency kennel space, to animals owned by people who are homeless, vulnerably housed or other vulnerable groups severely affected by poverty.  Michelle Southern from Blyth is the founder of this brilliant charity and it is with great pleasure to help and support her and others in helping vulnerable dogs and their owners. Any one wishing to help can get in touch with the charity www.streetpaws.co.uk or donate items to us, such as food, collars, leads coats bowls and poo bags. We will pass them on to Street Paws.

Dog Boarding

For dog boarding we offer a home from home service. To keep your mind at ease your dog will be looked after in our home. Your dog will be walked twice daily on a variety of picturesque walks and have all the playtime he or she wants.

We start off with a home visit to our home. If all goes well with the home visit the next step is to look after your dog for a few hours to see if they are ok without you and how they are with us and other dogs, we find this is a better way for the dog's to settle in when they come for their holiday.

Home visits are after 3pm weekdays or can be arranged weekends.

As dog's will be settled for the night the latest time for pick up is 6pm, your dog will have to stay another night after this time.

No more than two dogs from any one household will be cared for.

With the nature of our business your dog must be sociable with other dogs and be fully house trained.

  • One dog £20 for the first 5 nights then £15 thereafter.
  • Please add £8 for second dog per night. (Same household)
  • We do not charge any extra for bank holidays.
  • Prices are for a 24 hour period or part thereof. An hourly rate of £1 will be charged per hour thereafter.
